Returns & Delivery
Items are shipped via the following delivery methods depending on the value and size of the parcel. Please check individual listings for shipping costs.
-Royal Mail ‘Signed For’ (2nd Class, signature required) 3-5 days after dispatch time.
-myHermes (tracked delivery or tracked signature required- for tracking information go to ‘myHermes’ website)
(Please note there is an additional £1.99 fee for remote areas with postcodes IM,HS and ZE with myHermes parcel delivery service. myHermes also does not deliver to PO box addresses) 3-5 days after dispatch time.
-Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ (tracked next day delivery, signature required) next day delivery after dispatch time.
We aim to ship all items within 1 working day of payment. Any items purchased after 2pm on Friday or on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday. If this Monday is a Bank Holiday, your item will be shipped the closest following working day.
* Items paid for via PayPal will only be sent to your registered PayPal address, and cannot be sent to an alternative address, i.e. a work address, friend’s address.

-Rest of World: £16.00 (listed countries only)
International items are shipped via the following delivery methods depending on the value and size of the item/s and delivery method available:
-Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ (Requires a signature upon delivery or collection from local delivery office) Please note that Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ is not available to PO box addresses. International packages will be tracked until the package leaves the UK, after which the package will be tracked with the recipient’s national postal service. Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery dates on international packages.
-Royal Mail ‘Airsure’ (Items are tracked until the item is delivered)

*All international payments must be made in UK sterling. Items paid for via PayPal on eBay will only be sent to your registered PayPal address, and cannot be sent to an alternative address, i.e. a work address, friend’s address. The weight limit for sending International Parcels is 2kg per parcel. Additional postage will need to be paid if the total weight per parcel exceeds this limit.
*Please Note: If you are outside of the EU any associated customs, tax, import charges and handling charges are legally payable by you the buyer. We cannot mark any customs papers with values lower than the actual sale price paid.
You may return fixed price item(s) bought from us within 14 days. We recommend checking the measurement information detailed on each item listing to help ensure suitable fit before purchase. We are also happy to advise you on any additional information you may require regarding a listing. We do not give refunds on auction items with unsuitable reasons.
Item(s) must be returned in the same reasonable condition they were sent in, unworn and undamaged. Please note we will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in any way. Items will be inspected upon return and any additional faults or stains (make up etc) would be deemed as unsuitable and we may have to send item(s) back to you. Items must be returned unworn and with original tags still remaining attached (when applicable).
To return please email Spinning Wardrobe as soon as possible as acknowledgement that you wish to cancel your order so we can expect delivery. To return any item purchased through eBay, please return directly through eBay’s return process. Please send a note with your return as written confirmation of your return with your full name, email address and postal address, stating reason for the return. This will make it easier for us to deal with your postage return quickly. We will refund you the full amount subject to written confirmation within the 14 working day cancellation period.
Please note you will need to return all of the item(s) in the order to receive a refund on the original P&P cost. We will not be able to pay for the costs you incurred to the send the item(s) back to us. We recommend a recorded delivery service to ensure items reach us safely as we cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged items. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure item(s) are returned to us up until item(s) reach us safely. We will issue any accepted refunds within a 30 day period.
